创建子用户包

此 API 允许您从当前有效的流量套餐中创建一个子套餐。子套餐的有效期不得超过当前有效套餐的有效期。流量额度以字节为单位，指定的流量额度将从您当前有效的套餐中预留，但不得超过可用流量额度。

traffic_limit	字符串	为子用户包分配的字节数。
expired_at	字符串	子用户套餐的到期日期。
