이 API를 사용하면 현재 활성화된 요금제의 데이터 사용량에서 서브패키지를 생성할 수 있습니다. 서브패키지의 유효 기간은 현재 활성화된 요금제의 유효 기간을 초과할 수 없습니다. 데이터 사용량은 바이트 단위로 지정되며, 지정한 데이터 사용량은 현재 활성화된 요금제에서 할당되지만, 사용 가능한 한도를 초과할 수는 없습니다.
