# Send  a report

Follow these steps to send a modem(s) problem report:

1. Get a list of your modems and select some of them. You can get a list of modems [`by host`](https://docs.proxy-seller.com/mobile-crm/usage-guides/host-actions/list-of-host-modems) or [`without host`](https://docs.proxy-seller.com/mobile-crm/usage-guides/modem-actions/get-all-modems).
2. Use the following method from our API [`Send a report of a problem with the modem(s)`](https://docs.proxy-seller.com/api-reference/modems#send-a-report-of-a-problem-with-the-modem-s)

Example of successful execution of a request:
